Singapore Auction Hall is an online auction site for used vehicles, created to offer leasing companies, used cars dealers, individuals from overseas etc the opportunity to buy vehicles from Singapore end users / car dealers / other exporters at a cheaper price.

We are one of the largest exporter in Singapore dealing with used cars and commerical vehicles. We export all types of vehicles including commercial vans and trucks to all parts of the world like Europe, Carribean Regions, Africa, Asia, North and South America etc.

All users have to be registered in order to place bids on the cars that they are interested in on the website. Before bidding, you should make sure that it is the one you are interested in.

Our automatic bidding system proves to be less time-consuming and more convenient for our buyers. This is how it works:

1. Enter the maximum amount you are willing to offer for the vehicle that you are interested in. Your maximum amount is kept confidential from other bidders and the seller.
2. The system compares your bid to others and places bids on your behalf automatically up to your maximum amount, using only the minimum amount as is necessary to maintain or obtain the highest bid position .
3. If another bidder has a higher maximum bid amount, you will be outbid and the system will notifies you through sms by subscribing to the service. But, if no other bidder has a higher maximum bid amount than yours, you have won the car auction. The interesting part is that you could have pay significantly lesser than your maximum price in this way.
4. This also means that you do not have to keep coming back to re-bid every time another bid is placed and you would get to know whether your bid has been outdone when you are on the move throught your mobile phone.

Our system will send out notifications to the registered e-mail address / mobile phone of a user automatically on the following occasions:

1. When you have placed a highest bid, a confirmation will be sent by email
2. When your maximum bid has been surpassed by another bidder, you will be notified immediately by email or sms
3. At the end of an car auction you will be notified of:
   • The car auctions you have won

   *The bidder with the highest bid will be notified and a link will be provided in the email, explaining the procedure and conditions of delivering the vehicle. (In case the highest bid was lower than the target price, the seller must first agree with this bid).*

Please take note that mobile phone notification is only activated when registered users subscribe to it. You can subscribe the function on the item's page.

Vehicles purchased through our car auctions, must be fully paid by the buyer before the physical delivery of vehicles will be organized unless otherwise stated. Only Telegraphic Transfers (TT) & Credit Cards (for deposit use only) is acceptable as a form of payment/deposit. Once the full payment has been received, we will send out a notification indicating the earliest date and time where the vehicle will be available for delivery to the buyer (CIF Term). If the buyer chooses to arrange the transportation by himself/herself (FOB Term), he/she will have to notify us on the packing date and location for the vehicles.

Buyers can also check out their estimated cost of transportation with our dedicated Freight Forwarders through the Freight Charges page whereby most countries' shipping charges will be displayed.

Payment needs to reach us within 5 working days upon receiving confirmation of successful auctions through email.
